ahem......yes it's that time of the season again....
And despite talking about not having a 'do' the SC has decided to have one anyway.
It's on April 26th(and the possibility we might get relegated that day is quite real, we play Sheff Weds) and we picked up our forms today.
As last year, I will be leaving the main award bit blank. As I don't think it would be right to give it to a player who isn't here anymore(Fulop) though Ben has put him down.
Normally we have to put down our membership numbers but this year they've missed that bit out, which I don't understand as it would allow people to vote who aren't in the SC?
Anyhoo you can vote online by emailing your Player of the Year and Goal of the season to [email protected] if everyone fancies doing a bit a award fixing........
If we ARE relegated before this 'do' I can't see the players being allowed to turn up for it. Personally I'm not sure whether having the awards is the right thing to do, considering it would be a farce.
Saying all that though, I'd be damned tempted to go anyhoo just so I can ask them to their faces how they feel about it all......
