Strictly the highest-scoring runners up. In that group, it's actually spion who looks least likely to progress. Even if he scores 99 tonight, jas will score at least 19 meaning he stays above spion. After that it depends what happens in other groups.

That said, jb5000 hasn't turned up for a while now, so his place in the quarter finals might have to go to someone else.

It was all my own fault for not sending it earlier seeing as Ross gave it to me yesterday. I suppose it kicked off earlier to stop any potential extra trouble caused by getting boozed up before the game.
