Looking at the fixtures till Xmas there is only one Friday night game which is the 14th of August.

I will therefore include this in this weeks fixtures to send out.

Deadline for scores received is therefore 12.00pm Saturday.

Also have decided to run the first few weeks as points only rather than head to head to allow it to settle down a bit and newcomers to arrive late and the inevitable few drop outs.

I will start the thread tomorrow and post the first set of fixtures with a PM to all those who have committed to join.

If people want to post their predictions in the thread for that week they are more than welcome, if not PM me.

Rules and scoring system to be confirmed tomorrow AM.

Rules:
Each individual to submit one set of scores weekly. The weeks games will be Saturday 12.00pm to games played on the following Friday.

Please submit predictions in one lump rather than in bits and pieces.

Predictions sent in after the deadline of 12.00pm Saturday are not valid.

A league table and set of results will be published at least once a week.

I will investigate errors which will be corrected but in all instances my decision is final.

Participants may either PM me their scores or post them in the weeks thread. If they are posted in the thread there is no recourse for anyone copying those.

PM'd predictions will be posted asap.

Scoring:
Incorrect result but 1 score correct = 1 point.
Correct result but both scores incorrect = 3 points.
Correct result and one score correct = 4 points.
Correct result and both scores = 10 points.
Correct result and correct goal difference = 5 points.

If all 10 results are predicted correct then a bonus of 10 points will be awarded.

If 9 results are predicted correct then a bonus of 5 points will be awarded.

If all 10 results and scores are correct then a bonus of 20 points will be awarded.

If 9 results and scores are correct then a bonus of 10 points will be awarded.

In the instance of there being less games played in any given week the above four rules will be awarded pro-rata.

Head to head competition will kick in after a few weeks.
