Everton manager Sean Dyche has left the club.

Leighton Baines and Seamus Coleman are set to take charge of tonight's FA Cup third-round home tie against Peterborough

No fan* but damned weird timing to sack him just now. I can only guess there was a bust up or Everton have someone waiting in the wings.

*though I have respect for what he achieves with the resources available to him.

I’d have him, for sure. He’s much better than our current option.

But it is funny how some who wanted our manager out despite being in 16th, two points above the bottom three, with a newly promoted team, are the same who would happily have a guy in who has left Everton in 16th, one point above the bottom three, with an existing Premier League team.

Everton, with their New Owners wanting to make a statement.
Jose Mourinho?

We'll have Dyche in before the end of the season is my guess
Not a chance we can afford to go through another management team this season.

The only chance of that is if RVN walks after a points deduction, and then it's unlikely anyone will want to touch us, let alone Dyche.

Ffs. Timing is a kick in the balls. Would much rather have had Dyche than Mister Ed.

GP "Thanks very much for these conversations Khun Top, I think we're about there. I'd love to be the next Leicester manager. One thing that remains though is the structure of the club itself. I'm sorry to say that I've heard some less than impressive things about this and would like to suggest some changes which I think would really benefit the club and help me to make us a force in the PL once again".

KT "Okay Graham. Thanks for that. I need to speak to colleagues and will get back to you ASAP".

Scene 2

KT "Get back up now Jon, there is no need for that every single time I enter your office. Anyway, I've spoken to Potter and like him. He looks like Beaker from the Muppets and I reckon that will go down well with my mates in Bangkok. He's the man for us I reckon. He only has one issue and wants to suggest some changes to the club structure which will affect your role. You know I'll always look after you Jon, but maybe it is time to move into a different role and let us modernise as Potter suggests?"

JR "My Emperious Leader, I am sorry to have to inform you that I've been given some troubling information today about Mr. Potter. My people intercepted a call he made after speaking to you where he claimed to have 'pulled the wool over the eyes of that dopey Thai wanker'. I apogise Sir for using such appalling words but I feel it is my duty to protect you".

Scene 3

KT "Hi, is that you Mr. Potter. Khun Top here. We've decided to go in a different direction. Goodbye".
