Blackpool have the easier games. I can see them getting 6 points.

Really is up to us to get a win out of our last two.

Middlesborough might only be playing for post match Pizzas but they are still a tough side to beat.
Bristol City are likely to be a bit tougher now that Coppell is taking over. New manager to impress and all that. May be your (and the Jacks) backstop.

I thought that away goals didnt count in the play offs?

They don't - that why I wrote as I did, pointing out that we would have been beaten in such a tie.

I bet nobody has thought of doing this, but it would make more sense to recall DJ Campbell and play him up front instead

I still find it funny that since he has been here people have been spouting on about how crap he is and now they are terrified of him leading Blackpool the play offs

If anybody, simply on the basis of us having done the double over Blackpool (the team least likely to be in the play-offs), discounts the threat from any challenge at this important stage of the season I would say that it is he is "being daft".

And I would also suggests anyone who thinks I was trying to say there is no threat there is "being daft". Read properly, what I meant was I don't think we have any reason to be fearful of those in the playoffs- both of the cardiff matches we lost were close affairs, one of which ended with a very tactical tackle from a Cardiff player on James Vaughan, and the other being that Luck was on Cardiff's side when we broke into extra time on a match that (god forbid it I was only listnening on the radio but...) sounded very even.

What I'm trying to say is that simply, there isn't anyone in the Playoff places we can't beat. I'm not discounting any threat, just pointing out that our record against the other four who could potentially be in the playoffs our record suggests we've won more than we've lost, in the league at least.

I can't believe anyone genuinely believes we're going to win. Its Preston North End, Manure wouldn't get a point there. 100-0 with DJ willing them all in from afar. ROFLZLZLOOOL

Yes. I checked back for a tongue-in-cheek marker and found one. You are mad!

I do things differently to others Bob. The absence of an emoticon or exclamation mark is a sure sign that I am being frivolous!

Preston is traditionally not a happy hunting ground for us so I'd be impressed if we went there and got something. Definately winnable though and will seal a top 6 spot if we take the points - lovely.

Thank you for making that clear.

we have only won 4 in 29 at preston, and once in our last 14 visits!!, drawing 8 and losing 17, they even won more games at our place 13 wins to our 9

Thank goodness for that. I was beginning to think you had lost your marbles and Harbs was using them as currency.

I'm pretty certain our current squad weren't responsible for all the results at PNE. If NP can do his magic there shouldn't be any hoodoo in the players' minds.

If we can win at Peterborough for the first time ever in the League I'm sure we can win up at Preston. Well I hope so anyhoo!

I want to go to Preston.
