If you arrive early enough there is decent parking in the Sumners car park.
Trains
You will not be surprised to learn it is impossible to get back after the game on the train.
The station is a good 30 minute walk from the ground.
If you are planning to stop over and travel on the train, there are cheap singles available on the 12.53pm from Leicester (Change at Nuneaton and Crewe) Arrive Preston at 15.15pm - £13.50 and coming back on the 9.29am from Preston (Change at Birmingham New Street) Arrive Leicester at 12.13pm - £11.00
The Preston Central Travelodge currently have rooms available for £26 on the night of the game.
Pubs
The Sumners and The Garrison up on the hill behind Sainsburys are the usual pubs the away fans end up in. I have been to both, and have never had any problems.
