I expect that I'll hear from the League's solicitor any day now. I shall tell them that I have not published any of their fixtures - it's merely a list of the dates on which the InternetFoxes hope to meet various opponents.

BTW has TB published the fixture list this season?

I haven't published a fixture list.
As you know, individuals are responsible for their posts, so if someone has posted the fixtures on here they would be the one to get into trouble, as long as I or a moderator removes it when they notice a breach of the site's rules has happened.
I can't even remember seeing a new thread about the fixtures when they came out.

I don't think there has been one. I've checked the site daily and I haven't seen one.

I know there was a thread started the day before they came out, but I think that was just speculation. Apparently we were going to play Cov first.

And that was in fact true. The club were only told of the change just after 9 on Thursday morning - less then an hour before the fixtures were announced.

And I suppose it would also be against the rules to produce an Outlook-friendly version of the fixtures as well in the off-chance that someone has done such a thing?
