The team is starting to take shape but im sure there will be many more incomings in the summer. Much will depend on who leaves but what positions do you think are priorities
I would say:-

Goalkeeper - if Walker goes

Left Back - prefer Maybury on the right

Centre Back - to play alongside Paddy (hopefully Webster)

Wide Players - definately a left sided player and a right if he lets Gillespie go.

Midfield - Kisnarbo coming in but may need another if Nalis and Gemmil go

Striker - one more for competion for MDV/Connolly

Agree with all the above except the striker section. We need at least three more strikers - and I mean goalscorers - cos De Vries, Wright, O'Grady are never going to cut the mustard and Dublin's not going to hack it any longer sadly. Give Connolly another season becasue the potential's there - but boy does he need some service and some help up there...

The Slovenian kid is coming in but he's only scored half a dozen or so goals in his life....

One more thing, why would we let Gillespie go ?

I don't think its so much a case of letting Gillespie go,more of him choosing to go.His contract is up and even if we offer him a new one he may choose not to accept it or be offered a more lucrative one by another club.

In terms of priority it has got to be a striker. Our goal difference is as good as Sunderland (in terms of goals conceeded). If we had a striker who banged them in for fun then we would have been up there fighting at the top this season.

As for Gillespie, he will stay I think! Levein has been the first manager he has had in ages who has shown some belief, and at last he looks lkie he is enjoying his football.

Long may it last!

Personally i don't think Walker will go either... I hope not anyways. cannot see a Premiership club coming in for him really....

Gillespie I hope stays and we buy another left sided creative type, centre back and striker...

... and a left back. I wonder whether some of these won't come from the Academy and other Academies across the League. ;-)

And Hearts, obviously.

I know Highland has mentioned this guy before, but his record at Leeds (6 from 9) and before surely means CL should take a look, or at least consider it.

Rob Hulse - 6 from 9 at Leeds

im sure the slovenian kids scored more than that. i heard he was quite prolific

Not this season, he has scored about 6.... IN SLOVENIA!!!

A lot depends on WBA's plight,if they go down then I'd imagine they would keep hold of him but if they stay up then I see him surplus to their requirements.I'd hope we more of a lure than Leeds.

Why would he leave Leeds?

Will Leeds want/afford him?

I'm sure they'd love him to be honest... If they can't afford him, nor can we IMO.

with Ken Bates pushing cash thru for Blackwell, I would think if WBA were interested in selling, Leeds would be able to get him.

Whats wrong with Tiatto and Jordan on the left?

Ok I can accept that you may not like Jordy - but IMO he does a fine job for this club and hes currently our longests serving player.

Tiatto is a great player our club captin and someone who tries hard for the team, yes left mid could be better supported in terms of squad players but I really think we'l have to look to the acadamy for that as very few players are going to come here to warm the bench. Not to mention the fact we can really afford bench warmers for every position.

Tiatto, for me, drifts inside towards the center of the pitch too much... we need someone who is out and out left mid.

Uh oh, the Jordan Stewart thing.... Prove me wrong Jordan please god, but he is not what I think he can be, by a long way yet. He has it all, pace, skill the lot, but at times has been awful this year.
