But Kelly wasn't in charge for the first half of last season, you can't hold him responsible for what happened when he wasn't manager.
You can only compare what's happened since he took over. We're higher in the table now than we were when he took over and we've got more points per game than we had when he took over.

at the end of that day its all well and good saying were doing better than when he took over, but when he took over we were a disgraceful side with no ambition (still the same words wise). if improving by a very small fraction since then is acceptable then we might as well give up now.

the improvement is not acceptable, away from points alone the performances are not acceptable. in performance we have moved precisely no where and this club is at a stand still, regardless of more points per match i think we are closer to relegation now more than ever

I didn't say it was acceptable.

I was just pointing out the flaws in B155's logic.

fair enough my mistake. It was more a general remark that his achievements are not good enough.

There are no flaws, I am brilliant!

But even if we take into account that Kelly wasn't manager at the beginning of last season , he was part of the management/coaching team that led them to where they were. On the two key factors we are no better now than this time last year, so in my mind the new regime hasn't taken us forward over what I consider to be an acceptable period of time.

Ummmmm, eh?
Anybody who seriously thinks Rob Kelly saved us from relegation is a little bit mental.

I said at the time it's a honeymoon period and I've been proven right. There were two major factors that saved us last season and RK isn't one of them, IMO they are:

1) The board sacking Craig Levein, this removed the negativity from within the club.

2) Ray Graydon

OK.

"It wasn't blood yer honour, it was jam mixed in wth the chocolate on the middle finger of my glove"

I didn't wish to be that grotesque but as it's "not rights" week some things are gonna need explaining

Was that Jackson? Moonwalking Jackson? Or are you mixing him up with someone else? Nice avatar by the way.....HF's pin-up.

Do you really not get it Alex, or are you trying to make me pull my hair out.

Yes, H posted me a CD down and put this picture in it with a lipstick mark and rose attached to it, I don't get it.

I am lost..... Totally lost.

I believe, that after (allegedly) bum fiddling a little boy, michael jacksons defence was that it wasn't blood on his glove (after chocolate dipping the boy) but was in fact jam mixed with chocolate.

Why didn't he take his glove off first? The dirty fecker!

That glove had sequins on it, very thoughtless of him.

Do you know, I knew nothing of that at all..... I thought it was reference to blood on the glove of the most twisted law case ever....
