Hardly any posts on our win today, following a loss we have 3 or 4 threads moaning on about the problems we have got, I'm as guilty (and as justified) as the rest. OK, the underlying issues are still there, but today the one big thing that has been missing all season from our players has returned, Passion

All of our players battled today. From the first whistle challenges were flying in hard and fast, 50/50 balls were met with 100% commitment, mistakes were met with anger and we showed a desire to not collapse. Blood was shed today by more than one player born out of desire not to lose and let the supporters or the club down

I don't know what has happened, or indeed if it will continue, but today my Leicester City returned. Not the best football you'll ever see, but the type I like to see and long to see, unpredictable, exciting, meaningful, whilst still full of purpose, desire, aggression and passion.

The "never say die" attitude of recent history returned today, "You just can't write Leicester City off" was what they used to say, and now they might begin to again.

I'm proud today

Agreed. Well pleased with today.

Sure most people are out on the piss.
I can't be arsed this week though, Match Of The Day will do for me tonight.

Yea i left the game fr the first time this season feeling satisfied that the lads could'nt have put anything else in.

I was dissappointed with Low today. Although when Logan was dropping the kicks on his head he was winning most of the flick ons.

Er? Are you serious? He proved himself to be an able deputy for Kisnorbo. The second goal was down to the midfield not closing Idiakez down. His distribution is very good.

today my Leicester City returned.

I know what you mean, the players wanted it, which got the fans going. Everyone was pulling in the same direction and it felt great. 'We love you Leicester, we do' at the final whistle... top stuff.

One little thing that did piss me off. Sorry to have a moan.

After the Final Whistle the players went straight up to the kop end and acknowleged the fans and then promptly walked straight down the tunnel.
There was loads of people in the Family Stand still clapping but Logan was the only one to acknowledge us.

Hume came over as well

we'll all be moaning again come Tuesday night when Leeds turn us over.. I cant see us getting a win there.. we have a knack for gifting teams who are struggling some points. But credit where its due it sounded like a battling performance and one worthy of the three points.

Oh and the beer in the 1884 is ****in shit.

Missed today's game, and fecking typically they turn in one of the better performances of the season, I am heartened by many of the comments confirming a return to the passion and commitment that has been sadly lacking in many of the early season performances.

However one swallow does not make a summer and it is imperative that we now build on this victory and start to produce these kind of results and performances on a consistent basis, not one in every 5 or 6 games.

This time last season we had just beaten Watford 2-1, the start of yet another false dawn, however we have an opportunity to string some decent results together, Leeds are a team in disarray, Palace at home is game we are well capable of winning, and QPR is where the great fightback started last season. These next 3 games will give a true indication of how the season will unfold and take shape, hopefully in 10 days time we will be celebrating a decent run of results and a top half league position.

Sorry but I'm not as upbeat as most of you, I saw a team motivated by the fact that we scored two goals out of the blue and gave away the same, I thought we were still slow in midfield, but I like Macauley who I thought had an excellent game winning virtually everything in the air plus his partnership with Paddy can only get better.
Without Hume's shooting abilities I think it was a game we could have lost easily. This lad must stay in and play behind the front men as he is not box goalscorer but has two potentially lethal feet outside that area up to 25 yards.

I'm not excited by the win, and I'm not excited by the performance, it was mediocre to be flattering.

What impressed me was the level of committment, I haven't seen that this year. They showed they could battle as though they were in fear of losing their jobs and any pride they have left.

They showed a platform to build on

Have to agree with the above. I'd say we played the same as always, but the goal made the difference, and I struggle to think of a shot on target before Hume's first goal.
