He didn't score, he didn't get an assist, so from that statistic alone he deserves no more than a 5

Did he shoot?, did he assist somebody elses miss?, was he a nuisance in the box? Why did he get a 6

only reason i gave him 6 was that i thought he was 1 better than oGrady!and the only reason i gave O Grady 5 as the fact he managed to tie his boot laces on his own and didnt spent as much time studing the worms in grass on his arse!!

On the whole LCFC performance - 3!! id ask for my money back if i had paid to watch that shite

Reasonable performance by the defence. Although Kenton caught out a few times with the ball played in behind him. Logan the only plus point.

Mid-field not existant, bearly won a 50-50 ball no creativity just lumped it forward. no decent crosses. johnson was an embarasment.

Front two recieved no service but still when they had the ball they did nothing with it.

There were a few who put in the effort, unfortunately while the effort was there they are simply not good enough.

But it is difficult to see how the club can change it, without spending money they say they have not got.

Even those who were given free tickets today will feel hard done by.

can't understand why anyone can think o'grady was worse than fryatt, was fryatt actually trying today? he was shite and it would have been a better idea to have o'grady and hume on the field, while not being amazing o'grady at least tries

nisse was pissed from what i saw today, was slow and confused

in all honesty i thought colchester were the worst team i have ever seen play us, or any other team in fact, and for us not to kill them off in first five minutes was shameful enough

Logan 8 - Very good debut looked assured and confident. Made a couple of very good saves.

Kenton 6 - Mixed bag from Kenton, at times looked steady and assured, yet on occasions was left for dead and looked exposed.

McCarthy 6.5 - Did ok with McAuley, however I did feel that Colchester go behind our back four on a number of occasions. Against better teams we would have been punished.

McAuley 6 - Similar to Paddy, did ok, but not a patch on Kisnorbo.

Johansson 5 - One great run in the first half apart from that mediocre.

Hughes 4 - Lightweight and Ineffective.

Weso 4 - Poorest game I have witnessed from the youngster. Anonymous display.

Johnson 4 - Failed to take responsibility in the midfield he is the senior pro and should be prepared to take the game by the scruff of the neck. Was far too happy to sit back and be part of the mediocrity.

Porter 4 - Lacked a cutting edge and failed to deliver any real quality service to front two.

O'Grady 4 - Sorry but at best O'Grady is suited to a subs role, coming on for 20 minutes and running at tired defenders, IMO does not have the quality to justify a starting place at this level.

Fryatt 4 - Struggled from lack of service, but also looked jaded and lacklustre.

Subs

Low 5 - Is a good league one player, is capable of the odd decent cross or two but is he any better than Sylla ???

Stearman 6 - Did ok, looked lively, bit more like the Stearman from last season.

Hume 6 - Worked hard and was lively, tried to make things happen. I know he has not been at his best this season but has to be a better option than O'Grady.
