I have no "obsessive hatred of Apple", but I do have a strong dislike of the fawning over and gross exaggeration of the capabilities of Apple, their products and current and former personnel. I find that tedious. :icon_roll

I rarely come across the fawning and gross exaggeration but I frequently come across people giving voice to how much they hate Apple, the products and people who own them.
Personally I think Nokia products are shit but I don't let it rule part of my online life.

People hating Apple is as stupid as people who buy it to the exclusion of anything else, if it does what you want at a price you can justify then go for it. I do think plenty of Apple stuff is unjustifiable on cost grounds but it all works. I met Steve once and found him unbearable patronising but he believed in his product.
There is plenty of absolutely useless tech available out there, stuff that just doesn't work.
