Really?

I can't imagine you'll find a Leicester fan that would support or back him. But I don't think he's anywhere near an exit.
Yep, which is why I’d focus on a level above him.

My impression ( with zero knowledge) is the Rudkin is actually very capable. This is based on the successes we've had since he was in role.

However, I also don't understand how someone can run three major organisations and expect to do a focused job.

I also think it's time for a change.

So for those reason he should be replaced.

You’d have to question why he hasn’t been headhunted then. There’s plenty of clubs such as Villa and Newcastle where new money arrived and they wanted to restructure the club. They didn’t come knocking

He’s supposed known by agents as a soft touch when it comes to negotiations but can be utterly inflexible too.

We’ve been reliant on agents. Particularly on managerial appointments. Alongside this he’s not particularly liked around the club and he follows Top like a shadow as much as he can

To give you an idea, with a week of the January 24 window remaining he chose to go with Top to Thailand for his wedding. This was despite us wanting Sensi (dodged a bullet there) and us needing to sell a player to make that happen.

The culture of the club is just off. They think if you treat players well, you’ll get it back but the reality is it creates an uneasy imbalance.

Having your owner lecture you about Christmas parties etc after taking you to Monaco for a week’s piss up isn’t going to quite have the same
Impact

Think you're spot on with everything you've said there, except this. Taking the players away to celebrate winning the league is perfectly acceptable and not at all relatable to an Xmas party where they're seen dancing with signs that publicly slate the current manager.

You can take your pick from countless private dining events in London then regardless of performance.

A look at Top’s Instagram tells you how he loves to host (he’s currently on holiday with all his hangers-on last seen parading around the pitch at the trophy lift).

Sad if true. It probably means he wouldn’t realise that he’s not wearing any clothes.

Wait a minute, we needed to sell a player so that Rudkin could go to Top's wedding? Jesus! He must have been flying a whole new kind of first class!

I mean, you don't know that he hasn't been approached....

There have been clear and obvious mistakes at our club. Rodgers too long, contracts, signings. But these at the same at any club. Our success over the past few years has been amazing.

I'm just saying that I'm not going to make an opinion of someone's abilities on rumor and OOTS.

However, I do feel a change is needed. If anyone is in a role for too long they can get too comfortable, fail to see outside of the box and rely on past successes.
Changes can lead to new ideas, a change from the norm and innovation.

And as per previous post, how the hell he can look after 3 major organisations is beyond me.

Well he isn’t is he. That’s the problem. We are failing because no one is properly running the ship.

Also from zero actual knowledge, but Rudkin's time in that role pretty much coincided with Nigel Pearson returning as manager.

We know that Nigel bought in the sports science approach that he'd seen Sam Allardyce use at Newcastle (don't forget one of the most remarkable things about our title win was the lack of injuries we suffered). We know that Steve Walsh built the best scouting set up the club has ever seen and we know that Vichai was willing to back him extensively in building a capable coaching team to get the best out of the squad.

I'd say the successes we've had during his time here are based more on the incredible foundations Pearson built and which have been slowly crumbling ever since (hence our terrible injury record when Rodgers sacked his medical team) and culminating in relegation.

Didn’t we also have a mindset coach at one point that seemed well considered?

Yeah Pearson was big on that kind of thing and sports science although I think it was Ranieri that binned off the mental signed of things. Curiously in his second season when things started going south under Ranieri....

I've no idea if his health, or the relationship having soured with Top's father, would allow it, but there's the right DoF just there.

The **** is entrenched. Like a boil on the arse that needs lancing. We'd probably need to be back in L1 before he went anywhere he's managed to limpet himself so completely into the KP infrastructure. He works for KP, not LCFC.

Anyone coming in would have to have absolutely zero LCFC connections. A completely clean slate, devoid of any preconceptions or baggage. Just a focus on a job to be done.

I'd bin him yesterday.
