Rules:
Each individual to submit one set of scores weekly. The weeks games will be Saturday 12.00pm to games played on the following Friday.
Please submit predictions in one lump rather than in bits and pieces.
Predictions sent in after the deadline of kick off of that game(s) are not valid.
A league table and set of results will be published at least once a week.
I will investigate errors which will be corrected but in all instances my decision is final.
Participants may either PM me their scores or post them in the weeks thread. If they are posted in the thread there is no recourse for anyone copying those.
PM'd predictions will be posted asap.
Scoring:
Incorrect result but 1 score correct = 1 point.
Correct result but both scores incorrect = 3 points.
Correct result and one score correct = 4 points.
Correct result and both scores = 10 points.
Correct result and correct goal difference = 5 points.
If 7 results are predicted correctly then a bonus of 7 points will be awarded.
If 8 results are predicted correctly then a bonus of 8 points will be awarded.
If 9 results are predicted correctly then a bonus of 9 points will be awarded.
If all 10 results are correct then a bonus of 20 points will be awarded.
In the above 4 bonus instances to clarify:
If you predict 1:1 and the actual result is 4:4 then this is a correct result.
If you predict 1:0 and the actual result is 7:0 then this is also a correct result.
In other words the result counts regardless of the goal difference.
In the instance of there being less games played in any given week the above four rules will be awarded pro-rata.
Head to head competition will kick in after a few weeks.
