If we wind up with Dyche I give it about a month before our fans are whinging about hopelessly ineffective hoofball. Granted, it's not like it's any better now, but much like our ownership we really are just throwing darts at a board hoping to hit the bullseye....

End of the day, no manager is going to get us going whilst we are hamstrung by these feckless defenders. That should be our immediate priority, followed closely by revamping the boardroom and scouting system over the summer.

It will be really interesting to see where we go next.

It's time for Top to really decide if he wants things to change for the better. If he does, he needs to bring someone in to run the football operations that is an expert and he also needs to realise that a transformation is going to take a considerable amount of time.
This is absolutely the key thing.

Sean Dyche, a man synonymous with goofball who has struggled to keep Everton up for about 3 seasons in a row, bought into a club that is obsessed with trying to be Man City, not to mention a defensive coach trying to get the best out of a ****ing terrible defence. I'm not feeling it.

I think things have gotten worse under RvN, we atleast had a bit of fight under Cooper but we were still absolutely God awful and destined for the drop. Personally I'd give him the window to bring some of his own players in but even that is going to be a challenge given our ongoing PSR concerns...

It's more important changes are made at boardroom level and on the playing side, to completely redesign our shitheap defence.
This is the problem. PSR or not, upper management is hapless. If I were him, I’d have taken this job, purely for the shot and the money.

But it was the wrong choice. There should be a “leaving by mutual agreement.”

Levels tho isn't it. Definitely feel like we'd be less shite under Cooper. Still shite, just not as ridiculously shite as we are now.
We’d have more points for sure. We picked up results in half the matches, with a maximum two losses in a row.

Wasn’t deemed good enough, weirdly.

Getting sacked would surely be the best result for Ruud. Go now and you can blame the players/club, stay until the end of the season I could genuinely see us losing every game and I'm not sure who wants to pick up a manager off a 20 game losing streak and relegation.

Only problem is for us I can't really see what difference it would make. Whatever manager we could fool into taking the job is going to be inexperienced and make lots of mistakes or a serial loser from the merry-go-round.
