I have read lots of reviews on this, and if it isn't too expensive I will be upgrading to this when my renewal is due next month.

Does anybody have one, or know anybody that has one who can give me a good reason not to buy it that can't be found in the specs?

Only negatives I've heard about are low battery life, poor menus and some units have a problem with very low call volume.

When you upgrade with orange ask for one of the solo deals on business. Much better than consumer and you get free insurance etc etc

I'm not swayed by the insurance bollocks. If I have to fill a form out, I don't want it.

I want easy. I want them to say "You're ready for an upgrade, what do you want?". I tell them, they post it.

Not in my house it isn't. I have a U600 and an upgrade to a U900 simply isn't a manly enough upgrade. I gotta have Soul.

I'm reading those as positives, BB. Would that be correct?

Not individual positives obviously, but collectively they could be a lot worse?

Like any phone there are good points and bad points, poor battery is fairly standard with Samsung but as long as you aren't planning on going places where it is impossible to charge the phone every day or 2 it's not a problem, menu complaints are normally made by people who have only used one brand of phone and can't adjust to a new one (and can't tie their own shoelaces), low volume is a fault and you can get the phone replaced with one that doesn't have it.

On the whole it's pretty positive.
