Somebody tell Joe_ quick, i would hate for him to be left disapointed again. :icon_razz

Re: Saturday now "All ticket"

The OS is now reporting that the game on Saturday is now All Ticket with NO tickets available on the day.

http://www.lcfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/LatestNews/0,,10274~1296305,00.html

It says "no tickets will be available on the trunstiles (sic) on the day."

Are tickets ever available on the turnstiles?

Then it goes on to say "The ticket office will be open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 9am until kick off on the day of the game (subject to availability)."

So it doesn't say tickets won't be available on the day.

His main disappointment was because we won the game - he wanted us to lose, like the wonderful fan that he is

Are you trying to suggest that the OS are in anyway trying to create a sense of urgency to get people to buy a ticket.

Shame on you :icon_wink

Re: Saturday now "All ticket"

And with the remaining set to be sold ahead of the game, the Club have taken the step to make the fixture ALL TICKET.

City would also like to reiterate to supporters that no will be available on the trunstiles on the day.

**** me - they've given Newton the job of updating the website!!

To be fair this is one occasion when they probably don't need to do that. I went to get my Stoke tickets earlier and the queue was as long as I've seen, I was told they were approaching 29,000 for Sheff Weds.

The Walkers turnstiles do not have the facilities for dealing with cash. All matches are effectively all-ticket as a ticket must be obtained for admission and they are never available at the gate.

They are all actors, paid to queue up all day pretending to buy tickets, while the staff are told to tell any real customers that almost 29,000 have been sold.

You just cant trust the little rascals at LCFC.

Re: Saturday now "All ticket"

Someone should ring up and ask how many we have sold so far.....

I've had the delights of an HMR&C / Business Link course at the Walkers all day today and every time I went past the box office the queue was at the door. I ended up unable to resist temptation and bought tickets for Saturday and they were struggling to find me 2 together, that was at 9.15am.

Re: Saturday now "All ticket"

To get the crowd going before kick off we could do with a sing song of footy songs BUT perhaps not these 2 which I just came across - see below* - on the Bentley Roof site

What classics :icon_bigg they certainly don't make records like this:icon_lol:these days
