I was going to go with "not a chance, he's a work-shy girl", but I'll take "uncheck".

I'm actually being unfair on Gally, who has showed marginally more willingness to head a ball, tackle people, track back etc. when he's been on the pitch recently. Not enough, but an improvement.

Sven said that we seemed to lack energy at the start of the second half and he did not know why. His substitutions show he knows why. There were too many old legs out there on Tuesday. He brought Berner and Oakley into the side and they had difficulty with the pace of the game. Two of the older players Oakley and Vassell were replaced by younger players - Gally and Waghorn. Judging by the attitude of the bencdh toward him Berner was lucky there was no obvious substitute for him. Hopefully Brumah will be fit.

I do not agree with the comments about dropping Yak and King. Every team knows how dangerous Yak and King are and will have made plans to nullify them. QPR and Norwich had defenders good enough to do it; Derby did not and it may be that it will be too difficult for Scunthorpe as well.
I imagine the Scunthorpe manager would be delighted if Yak and King were left out.

As for it not being Andy Kings kind of match - well you could have said that before every match in which he scored with the exception of Man City.

apparently there will be quite a few changes. I don't know exactly what this means in terms of numbers, but was just told that there's a lot of changes.

Howard

Schlupp, Sven, Tord Grip, Yakubu,
Dickov, Elliott, Stewie from Family Guy, Simon Cowell, Chewbacca,
Charlie Sheen

I think it could work to be fair.

I reckon we'll still line up with 11, to be fair.

Completely pointless use of to be fair, as always, but that's just how I roll, to be fair. And I do like to be fair.

It's good, but not quite up there with "to be honest" though.

Or 'in my opinion' - of course its your opinion - you're saying it and its about a subjective matter.

We'll thrash Scunthorpe. But won't make the play offs.

There you go.

First person to notice and angrily point out that this is just my opinion (hence me posting it on a message board about a match yet to happen) gets a cookie.

There's no actual cookie by the way (IMHO) - (There might be one i don't know about).

To be fair.

In truth, basically, if I'm honest, at the end of the day, I myself, personally, don't have a lot of time for meaningless phrases, to be fair.

No offence, but that's bollocks.
