Heskey? Wow, it is a long time since you went.

No, we have a new striker now. He's called Tommy Wright - you'll love him.

H'mm. Well anything could happen with this one. If I am honest I think it will be another tough, dour game. Unless we suddenly develop a real spark of creativity we'll have to slug it out. I hope we win, but most of all I hope we play with some confidence and some fizz.

An optimistic prediction of 1-0.

I am concerned that with the loss of Fryatt we will lose what cutting edge we did have, like Chuck I can see a dour game where we struggle to break down Scunny.

My hope is that in N'Guessan we have a player with the ability, pace and physical presence to make the move from goalscoring winger to striker.

My team would be

Weale

Morrison
Hobbs
Brown
Berner

Oakley
Wellens
King

Gallagher
N'Guessan
Waghorn

I would prefer a 4-4-2 line up I think....

Weale

Morrison
Hobbs
Brown
Berner

N'Guessan
Wellens
King
Dyer

Waghorn
Gallagher

Same here.

I have a sneaky feeling that we'll go back to 4-4-2 for this one. The 4-3-3 didn't seem to be that effective against a 'lesser' team the other night. The formation could always switch with those players during the game:

Weale
Morrison Brown Hobbs Berner
Oakley Wellens King Gallagher
N'Guessan Waghorn

PLAY A 4-5-1 NIGE

Weale
Berner
Hobbs
Brown
Neilson
Powell
Mcgivern
Bruce
Morrison
Oakley
N'guessan

Play a defensive game, have a chance on the counter, grind a point out, maybe 3 :O, then by the time we play bristol away, well have emile heskey in, then go all out for 3 points :)

I might be going to this one, if I do it will be my first home match of the season. Part timer :icon_sad:

Does anyone know if Heskey will be playing?

If you're planning to go to the match by train from Hinckley/Nuneaton... you can't, due to engineering work. They're putting buses on instead.

Oh FFS

N'Guessen

Dyer

1-0. Lloyd.

I think we should play a 3-5-2 formation.
Have King Wellems and Oakley bossing the middle of the park, stick Dyer and Gallagher on the wings with Berner, Hobbs and Brown at the back and Waghorn and N'Guessen upfront.

We need to attack attack attack at home, especially against a team with a fanny in their name. I'd seriously rather see the team risk going for a win and lose rather then playing cautiously and getting a point. Three points is a must but I'm up for a gamble.

A win please, all I ask. I don't care about pretty football. The only entertainment I need is us to score more.

I would like to see a 9-1-0 formation please Nigel. Weale, Neilson, Morrison, Hobbs, Brown, Bolger, Parkes, Milnes, McGivern, Powell, Berner.

Thank you.
