season ticket vouchers

what are the vouchers for in the back of our season tickets for?? theyused to let us in home cup games now they just make the season ticket look a bit bigger i guess

I think you have to give in a voucher in return for a cup ticket to sit in your normal season ticket seat.

I believe they were for the reserve games, I sometimes went and it was free entry for STs and £2/3 for non STs

You just had to show your ST book at the turnstiles for reserve games, no voucher was needed.

Vouchers used to be used to guarantee tickets for big games, play-offs, cup games etc, but that's not really necessary any more with the ticket office systems being computerised. But if we did have a big game at Wembley etc which needed tickets to be sold quickly in large numbers they'd probably still use the vouchers to make things quicker and easier.
