Before you give the ticket office any grief, when I was in there last Friday I asked about the STs delay and the nice lady said they were floating around the floor of a flooded Sheffield printer! She also said they were doing everything to get them done as quickly as possible.
I believed her but I suppose the cynics will just think it is a variation on the 'cheque is in the post' scam!

I think it's in their best interests to get them out as soon as they can so doubt they'd delay it on purpose.
