in the wide areas.

we must have two of the worst wide players in the championship and with the sounds of low in the english divisions.
we lack any pace, creativity, or footballing knowledge and this is a main reason we will srtuggle to brake any side down this season and probably end up struggling for our lives more than last year. it is painful how luton and burnley have absolutley thrapsed our wide lads and make them look ridiculous. in maybury's defence he never has been a winger and why we play him there is beyond me, and twatto well **** me ive never seen such a shit player in all my time.

overall we lack any creativity and looking at every team in this division, they have better players than us, especially key players who you need to make something happen. if we do not get someone in we are in serious trouble.

yet another night ****ed up by the only ****s who i spend all my time getting excited about. is it to be another season of what should of been, what could of been.

And we thought last year was a challenge....

Next year we won't even be seeing Forest though.. we'll be trading places.

However on a plus point on the way out of the ground walking past the pleayers entrance a forelorn Mark De Vries was approached by one of the Fox Lot girls who asked him if he wanted to win £3k, bless her, she had no idea who he was!:081:

She asked him his name and was writing it down. I think he thought that £3k was his transfer fee!!!

More like the wages he is picking up for being a useless ****

Mark de Vries puts more effort into one half of football than Fryatt or Hume have put in to both games so far this season

Fryatt and Hume have been told to pull wide to collect, as we don't have wingers, to allow space for Twatty Williams to do **** all in. Not working, any of it. Awful in fact.

 He might have got 9 goals but I can never remember him putting much effort in. Your coments about Fryatt and Hume in the past two games are pretty acurate though.

The fact taht we have taken off the wide players off in both games suggests it isn't working and we should play to the strengths of the players we have. The view of Glen Stewart on his foxpodder Burnley match report which is up now.

If they pull wide, it's unreasonable to ask Williams to RUN and fill the void that there crosses or whatever can create. Williams doesn't seem to like it in the penalty area.

What? I though Williams was BY FAR AND AWAY our best player of the first half. Josh Low was immense - every oppertunity we had in the second half came from him (almost). Makes you wonder about Kelly - why didn't he start him? Why wasn't he in the squad against Luton for that matter?

Partly agree FF, Williams was without doubt our best player. I hope to god he was injured, because if it was a tactical switch, then I'm seriously concerned.

Josh Low = "Immense". I am sorry to say FF, I think this statement is well and truly OTT. Low was OK, nothing more than that. Yes when he came on he made a difference, but he did nothing more than I would expect any RW'er to do, in fact he did less.

He was merely "immense" in comparison to the other 10 twats that were on the pitch

I think that it's fair to say that we are missing Joey big style. When he was here he was always the link man between defence and attack, always wanting the ball etc. At the moment there is no-one (and sadly that includes Williams who I think is a good player) and I mean no-one who is willing to take on the responsibillity of that role. That is why we are hoofing everything from defence because the midfield have no creativity. I can only hope that Weso has this ability (I haven't seen him play yet) Because if he can't we are in the brown and smelly in a hugh way.:icon_sad:

Missing Joey? We were in relegation mire with him last season....Weso can play that role and I think Johnson can too. This isn't the problem IMO.

Of course there are other problems such as a very shaky defence and a complete lack of service to the front men but i just think Joey had a positive effect on the side, at least he had a bit of determination and could be dangerous from the odd set piece.

I think teams have realised we dont support Fryatt and Hume at all and that last season we got it forward to them and let them get on with it. I think teams have realised if they swamp Hume and Fryatt with defenders we wont support them and stop our forward play entirely. If we are to improve Low must play as he wants to support the front 2, while williams/hughes must also push forward. Tiatto isnt that bad IMO, he has done better than many including myself expected and can do a job on the left. Im amazed O'Grady didnt play last night at all though, he was one of the few decent ones against Luton.

Williams is dangerous too - and not great IMO. Luxury player.

I agree but i don't think you could refer to Joey as a luxury player, there's no doubt we do miss him.
