All I know is that when Sheehan was loaned out a couple of seasons ago to Mansfield, he was more then happy to drop down some divisions because he would have been on a bit more money (Think at the time he was still on a youth contract.)

All very well saying all footballers are the same but I dont think many would sacrifice ambition for cash

Yes, I think he had a great left foot. His defence abilities are not even League One standard though, let alone CCC..

yeah but thats pretty much it, i think paddy kis scored afew while he was in the team. but that dosent make up for the fact he was and still is ****ing useless - which means he'll score the winner in our play-off final against leeds :icon_wink

League One fans on TFF who saw him last season seem to think he's a decent enough leftback.


I'm annoyed a little as I do think that he could've learned a lot more defensively and been an adequate leftback for us. And I think he was harshly treated by IH.

But When he came out with the stuff he did after being loaned to Leeds I knew he wouldn't sign anything offered by us.
