I've a recollection that Amartey has actually played at CB for us. He didn't start there but moved there during the match, I can't remember when or why though. Or maybe he was playing a deep defensive centre mid role, or it was all hands to the pump.... or maybe I'm just plain wrong.

he came on there against Atleti when Wes went off and a couple of other occasions, played there this preseason too and looked very composed
He came on as sub for Benalouane against Bournemouth at the end of last season.
He played there a few times pre-season.

So does Harry Maguire and he played for The Blades so he'll want to play.
I expect Vardy to be on the bench though together with Josh Knight who has been added to the squad for this game.
Huth not yet ready apparently, so can't see him straight into the 1st team for Old Trafford.
Looking forward to tonight.

Gray, King, Mendy, Albrighton
Musa, Slimani
Be quite suprised if it's much different to that, unless Iborra is fit (didn't see him mentioned in CS comments?). Only possible changes I see are he might choose to rest/protect Maguire instead of Morgan, and Albrighton instead of Okazaki (and push Musa to the wing).
Hope he doesn't start Ulloa and Slimani together.

Josh White is a right back / centre back I believe. Morgan's out with back problems (picked up v BHA, I was surprised he wasn't subbed tbh). Benny's seemingly shit on everyone's car and generally not in the good books so there must be questions. Maybe he'll be given a chance to redeem himself but it certainly wouldn't surprise me if Josh White starts at cb. I reckon it'll be Amartey and Maguire at cb though.
