i'm thinking wait till the end of the season.

i don't want a new man to come in an have any enthusium for the job killed by the negative atmosphere at the club, a relegation battle with the current players and performances they offer will just frustrate a new man.

wait till the summer, get rid of some players, spend some money, and hopefully a new enthusium will lift the club.

Get a caretaker in until the end of the season (Taggs??) and then appoint a new manager ready to build for next season, someone who is able to take the club forward and attract quality players to the club. I think his loyalty lies far more with the LCFC than it ever will with Kelly.

A monkey (please not Peter Reid) could get us the win we need to be safe. So the only reason we should not get rid of him now is if we don't have a medium to long term replacement. Remember Kelly was the likeable caretaker manager, who was given the chance after an upturn in form. Do we want to try that again?

MM is decisive. I assume he has not replaced him as he has failed to find someone who he is happy with. When he has, Kelly will go. And hopefully in the coming days to give the new manger time to check the squad out before he makes any stupid decisions to get rid of our only decent players.

I would like to point out that I along with one other poster never wanted Kelly to be Manager in the first place and never joined in with the euphoria when he took over.He never got up and said ''I want to manage LCFC'' and that is the first thing I'd want a candidate say.

Kelly was part of the problem and should have gone with CL,indeed maybe CL would have faired better without Kelly afterall Kelly wasn't part of CL's staff he brought with him
