It is a very poor TV program though.

1 episode which was just a small storyline (the episode in which 7 kids aged under 18 went into a r 'n'b gig and danced to raggae), the episode still ended up into Sid's storyline. It marketed itself as cutting edge, shocking drama.

What about the one where they focused on the black girl the whole way through, where she had that stupid concert thing...?

And what did it climax in? Her getting her clarinet broke because of Sid's drug dealer.

It presented itself as a drama....cutting edge all and all that.

Much improved this week. I suspect maybe because Mr.Amstell of Buzzcocks fame was doing the script.

This week's was rubbish. Couldn't have been more unrealistic etc...

This week's was rubbish. Couldn't have been more unrealistic etc...

It was unrealistic but it presented itself more comedy-like. For starters when it attempted comedy, it actually pulled off the jokes. The issue of homosexuality was par for the course and I think it present itself well in consideration of the setting. Never did think he had 'sexual' feeling for Amil, just mutual respect what he destroyed. The bit with the lead characters was incredibly uncalled for.

After read for a bit, it seems Simon Amstell was bought in after the initial script had been written. No doubt he just 'cleaned' up.
