just think seventy a month is a bit steep im can remember paying 20 a month and it just seems to have crept up from there.

Know what you mean. Mine's now £60 odd but multi room. sky+ and broadband.
Still £2 a day is pretty reasonable I suppose

Anyone got it? Thinking of getting looks 169 quid for a box and an extra tenner a month which take my monthly payment to seventy notes a month anyone else paying this much ?
We are. Think we got our 160gb box from eBay for about £125 second hand. 160GB isn't really enough if you're planning to record a lot of HD telly.

Unfortunately yes.

I'm considering scrapping my HD subscription as there is fcuk all on!!! Great for football and the films, but no "normal" programmes as yet.

If you watch a lot of footy and films then go for it, the quality is outstanding.
I was amazed at how much better it is. Watching football on normal Sky Sports feels like torture now.

There's the National Geographic and Discovery channels too. We watched nothing but nature programs for a couple of weeks after we got it just to make the most of the HD goodness.

It certainly looks a cheaper option i wonder if i would loose out on any sky channels didnt they have a fall out recently :102:

It's the 'free' ones that you can't get. Like Sky One and Sky Sports News. The ones which require a subscription are still available.

Can you see the lumps of phlegm when the football players are spitting?
