I'd imagine we'll end up with Yakubu on loan plus someone like Le Fondre.
Is he getting a game for Everton?
If not, why? when I hear they are crying out for a new striker.
Something amiss, me thinks.

Can you please explain how, having not seen the game, you think we threw the game away?
I don't expect you to, but Kingy saw the highlights and will have seen the shocking refereeing that cost us 2 points.
Sometimes I swear the world must have gone mad. So we didn’t throw away a 2-0 lead then?
“Shocking refereeing?†I saw some very strict and harsh refereeing but not shocking? Not at all ….
Matt Mills obviously never intended to handle the ball and it was very unlucky but it was a penalty and that would be given 90% in favor of the home team especially. We would be tearing our hair out if that was a Forest player down the KP. The only thing shocking about it was that Mills was yellow carded when it was clearly not intended.
The second incident was Kaspers red card. Well what can you defend about it? He wasted time as most keepers do and then he violently reacted to the goal… against a ref who was clearly a bit of a dick.
We were the makers of our own downfall I’m afraid. Beaten by a shoddy Forest side. They are dancing in the terraces after coming back against County and now ourselves. It’s embarrassing.
But its not mad to make a rash decision on 30 seconds of highlights?
I'm sorry, but it was a shocking decision to give a penalty.
No, no it wasn't, in no way, shape or form was that ever a penalty.
I will give you that one, Kasper was an idiot for how he reacted. But if the ref wasn't so incompetent it would never have come to that. I felt exactly the same as Kasper and may well have reacted the same had it been me.
I cant agree with that, the maker of our downfall was the referee, up until he made that howler we were in complete control, were bossing the game, looked very comfortable and Forest never looked like getting anywhere near scoring. Then 60 seconds of madness and the ref gifted Forest a point. I don't normally criticize refs, but he made a complete hash of what was an entertaining game.

Fair enough but whichever way you look at it we did throw away a lead. Even at 2-1 we should still have held on.
I’m really puzzled how you can be so sure it shouldn’t have been a penalty. The ball hit his hand. You must have seen them given a million times before?

If it was not 'intended' (or 'deliberate'), it was not hand ball and therefore not a penalty. If you don't think it was intended/deliberate, you must think the ref was wrong to award it.
The ball hitting the hand is completely irrelevant, funnily enough (although it does help)
It has to be deliberate, which it most obviously wasn't
Read the Laws. You yourself said that Mills did not intend to touch it with his hand. If you believe that he did not intend to touch it with his hand, you must believe that the award of the penalty was wrong. There is no other option for you.

As has been said by the fine gentlemen quoted below, it was unintentional, the ball rolled onto Mills' arm, ball to hand, at no point did Mills deliberately move his hand towards the ball to gain an advantage. Hence it was never in a million years a penalty. Are you saying whenever the ball hits a hand, it is hand ball?
Im saying that dispite the rules or small print within 9 times out of 10 a ref would give that as a penatly against the away side.
As I said if the shoe was on the other foot we would be fuming had the ref not given a penalty.
But even in spite of that incident you still haven't acknowledged my point that the penalty only made it 2-1 and a closer unit should have held on to the lead.
Right, now I know you didn't watch the highlights and have no idea what game we are discussing.
What are you talking about ? Why are you basing the entire season so far on Saturdays game?
Forest have beena shambles so far, their own fans are the first to admit it. The Forest season ticket holder at work will even back me up on that one. They had to make changes at half time to change things around did they not?

We'd firmly took our foot off the pedal from the 60 minute mark. One of the better things on Saturday was how high we're pushing up the pitch hence two goals. Then we got deeper and deeper. As much as we don't like to admit it too, we had just three more minutes to hold out....we couldn't do it.
