We are linked with St Ledger and Mills at the moment - I believe that we are also trying to renew loan deals for Mee and Vitor - that's 4 centre backs so where does that leave Sol Bamba - out of the 5 my pairing would be an optimistic Mills and Vitor but we'll probably end up with St Ledger and Bamba which does fill me with confidence - however there have been a few premier clubs reportedly about to put a bid in for Sol so he must be highly rated by some - I can't decide how good Bamba really is - can anyone help

Mills is in a different league than the others and most likely out of our reach (apart from sven factor), if we manage to get him then i would be confident with any pairing, it does appear that there isSSL is a good possibility of SSL joining us, if he can regain his form of a couple of years ago i think he could be ok (he always appears solid for ROI, Bamber appears good at times (very suspect against pace tho, and prone to errors) I would prefer a more solid partnership and IMO it will be Bamber who would lose out if we purchase 1/2 centre backs

For almost any word ending 'a' or 'er', the last syllable is pronounced with a short 'o' sound. Eg, Bamboh.
