Jebus, another utterly tedious half featuring us.

Southampton were very poor. It looks like the expectation that they run over us has made them play a bit sloppily and they certainly look worse than I've seen them this season.

We set up exactly as we did last week and we're playing the same too. Absolutely no creativity or imagination. The full backs are getting no cover or support. Our two strikers are totally isolated. The midfielders are failing to retain possession or find space. Only Schlupp and Vardy look like they believe in what they're trying to do.

Shit game. Hopefully, Southampton will carry on like this but surely they can't be as shite second half. If they make any effort, we're there for the taking.

I think we're doing alright. My worry is if they score... We're set up to stop them which is more or less working, but if they score first we need a big shift to go on the attack.

Vardy looks lively though. Can see him getting in or getting a pen. Alderwereld on a tight rope now after a few fouls on him already.
