Sponsorship of the Kop

Been meaning to post this for a while but How come the Kop is now sponsored by Pukka Pies?

There was an announcement in the summer that the Lighting company (can't remember their name) would be the sponsor and their boards were up at the Sunderland friendly. Not sure what game the Pukka Pies boards were there.

The stadium seating plan on this page still has it as the KC Lighting Spion Kop. I don't recall any announcement about a change of sponsor - not that that should be considered as meaning anything during the current dearth of information from the club.

I think it's more likely to be because they gave the club a big pile of money.
