how does one get started in buying shares I.E where do you get them from!

Has anyone made any capital on them?

You can set up an account with Barclays for buying and selling share.
I have made a bit of money over the years but my biggest loss was in LCFC.
I bought City 1,000 shares at £1.10p and a year later sold them for 20p each a loss of £900.
There are many risks, you have to monitor the market closely.

I have shares in a jet propelled pogo stick manufacturer. They are going through the roof!

Also, the company that provides Helium to summer fetes, etc are good ones to get. They just keep rising.
