i thought wilcox was the worst player on the pitch.

He put in some great crosses tonight, but no one seems to notice that, they just moan about the bad ones.
People probably just need a new scapegoat now it looks like MdV is playing well.


Be interesting to see how many boos MdV gets when his name is announced before the match on Saturday, there were quite a few idiots booing hime before tonight's match.

OH DEAR... His reaction though "good crowd for the opening day at home" errrr no, we had better crowds at filbo on the opening day usually.

Not in this division we didn't. When we were at Filbert Street a crowd of 20,000+ would be exceptionally high for our first home attendance in this division, we didn't achieve it that often even when we were in the Premiership (for example the infamous Bolton game was less than 20,000).

Yep, well said 'admin' his crossing was good tonight and he linked up Ok wih Gilbert in the second half, wish he could reproduce the crosing from corners though. Our setpieces on the whole tonight were poor.

I reckon Wilcox did alright to last night. He is born agian to me and deserves a fresh start after working his way back from a long term injury.
