The most annoying thing for me is that Stoke are utter shite. And I mean shite of the highest order.

A poor quality half of football. For us to not be ahead against such inferior junk is shameful.

We're wasteful going forwards and sloppy going backwards.

Well personally I thought that was pretty shit from both sides. We had a really good spell after scoring but a combination of ****wittery from Fuchs and Maguire sees the scores level.

We need to take this game by the scruff of the neck and destroy this bunch of shit. If I were a Stoke fan i'd be depressed. They really are a stinking turd of a team.

Thought Iborra was our worst player till he scored. Not really sure what is happening on our right wing. Pretty boring until we scored then we should have got at least one more.

Stoke fans will be saying the exact same thing about us

Strangely subdued game - apart from a 15 minute spell we could have been 3 up with Iborra / Okazaki - but then a terrible bit of defending has let us down.
On a more positive note, Gray looking good

Tactically, Puel hasn't got it right at all yet.

His instructions to both full backs to get forward and supply width is fine, but we have a right back that can't pass forwards and a left back that gets caught up field too easily. He also seems to want our central defenders to be on the ball. And then we have one central defender that can't pass and another that thinks he's Messi (he's not).

Both our central midfielders are in space and comfortable in possession against two weedy nothings and not really doing anything with it. They need to impose themselves much more and be forceful and energetic.

Our forwards are in space and have opportunities very often but are generally too predictable and wasteful. Vardy could have had a hat trick in that half with some decent service and he got very little.

It will be interesting to see if he can change the mentality and approach for the second half.

Strange, I think him and Gray have been by far our best. Any misplaced passes from him have generally been well thought out and creative but team mates haven't been on the same wavelength...

At least he's trying to pass it forward.

Fuchs is definitely under scrutiny, can't see him surviving too long under new management.

Maguire poor on the goal too. Like BN I remain a bit unconvinced.

Mahrez struggling a bit.

Would be tempted to switch Gray and Mahrez on the wings.

Spot on really, especially about the full backs.

It's awful. As bad as it has been all season. I'm so sick of watching Iborra gift the ball away and Ndidi run aroiund like he's on fire without any idea of what he is supposed to be doing. Fuchs is, once again, doing a shit impression of a footballer and left so much space for Shaquiri it's untrue. I think Maguire should have done better but he was sold hopelessly short by Fuchs.

It needs changing so we get at them more as Stoke are dropping off over and over again. If Vardy gets the service as he should have done from Mahrez then we will score plenty but he's feeding on scraps. Gray is a bright spot and I don't think Simpson has done too badly either - that's about it.

Oh and Okazaki looks lost out there. I'd be bringining on more pace in Iheanacho or something different to aim for in Slimani but this may encourage hoofball.

Agreed. The manager is trying to play a system without the correct players in place. However I expect it will be good way of getting the owners to spend money in January to replace certain players with those who can play at wingback.

How on earth we are top of the goals from corners chart is a mystery. Most of them don't beat the first man.
