Taggs coaches the under 14s, does some scouting and other work for the club all for free becuase we have in his words "no funding".

Not sure about the R word looming but the A word certainly is if the board can't get their act together soon!
Last week we were 11 points safe of the R word, this week we are 6 points safe of it. One more week like this and we are in a confirmed R position. The R word is very much alive.

And our next two games are away at the team with the most home wins in the League and then at home to the League Leaders:102:

I meant that the A word is looming faster. After today's inept performace I wouldn't rule out a struggle. We are in deep shit!

Glad I didn't go. Sounds bloody awful

Hendo played really well!! Paddy McCarthy should be stripped off his captaincy i used to like this bloke but results dont lie, we play and get better results with him, he has no leadership quality, McAuley IS better then him. Dont get me wrong i think McCarthys is an ok player, but he made a few mistakes in the second half.

Sunderland were made to look like a quality side, which they are not they are an average side which we should beat but playing players like Kenton and O'Grady who havent played in a long time, not even been on the bench in recent matches. Kenton was woeful in the whole match he was very poor i was suprised RK never took him off. O'Grady was very poor from someone who looks strong, he kept falling over!!

Thought RK made key mistakes these are three players i think which would've made a difference: (well it doesn't matter now cant change the result but still my opinion)

Tiatto Im not saying he should've started but he should've come on, Weso and Willaims were s*ite in the centre together.

Hume Why was he on the bench? He is our best striker

Elvis He has been playing quite well in his last few home matches which i have seen, i was shocked he wasn't on the

Also why the hell was Levi taking the corners he couldnt even cross them into the box they were awful i thought Williams usually takes them?

I think we need a new leader on the pitch aswell as off!

Except we lost 2-0 with McAuley playing on Saturday? Common denominator? Kisnorbo. Not been playing well at all this season IMO. Very lucky not to give away a pen in the 2nd half.

I am surprised that McCarthy was preferred ahead of McAuley. McAuley in the last few matches IMO has been our best player. I'm glad Hammond was dropped, he has had some poor matches lately. I could not believe that Hume was dropped as well, he is the only player capable of making things happen for us. O'Grady was poor today in his place, don't know what the hell RK was thinking about in today's squad selection.

Kisnorbo has had good games and poor games, today he was poor. I'm still not sure which 2 of the 3 I prefer at the back, but I think after recent performances, McAuley deserves one of the centre-back positions.

Would also like to add that I thought Kenton was awful, perhaps a little of that can be blamed on playing out of position, but Nils (yes, Nils) offers more attackingly and is solider at left back.

Nils has been good(ish) going forward recently, I was surprised to see him dropped. Kenton needs to get his fitness back, he looked knackered in the second half.

Attendance 21,975 2,000 Sunderland fans?

I can only assume that those that have been getting in on £5 and free tickets have now forgotten where the ground is. Maybe the ticket office could now start sending out free taxis to make sure the tightfisted buggers turn up. I think we can now safely say that the new ticketing policy hasn't worked.

As for the performance, I'm confused as to where the second shot on target came from.

Scores goals though and is probably our only threat in the air
