Well, it was my first away game this season. Thoughts (for what they're worth):
1. Swansea is a bit less of a shithole than I remember it being from past visits.
2. Mavididi and Fatawu were exceptional, as was Ricardo. Vestergaard and Ndidi were also top notch. Vardy was fantastic; his passing and moving were terrific and he still had that burst of speed. I don't know why the **** he wanted to dribble the ball into the net however when his big chance came; that was inexplicably shit.
3. Hermansen made a couple of fabulous saves and was much quicker in getting the ball out. This is pleasing and makes my underwear a little safer. I like him.
4. Making the right subs at the right time is somewhat of a habit for old Enzo now. I still think think this is the way to get the best out of Nacho; as an impact sub. His finish was absolute loveliness.
5. Thinking that we still have McAteer and Doyle to come back with Cannon to come in is ridiculous. The strength in depth means that, come the January window, we should be looking towards playing in the PL and make any signings based on this premise.
