Our general problems are apparent early:

De Laet sloppy twice giving possession away in dreadful positions.
Konchesky as above the once.
Moore totally failed to mark his man at their corner.
Nobody picking up Shelvey so he's free to pass where he likes.
We're a man short in centre midfield.
Can't string three passes together.
Due to above, our attacking players all defending all the time.
