Hoggard made a cheeky comment about the Sky commentary during his interview before the presentation.

What a fantastic day. Soaking wet but sunburnt. Shame I had to miss City but certainly a day to remember.

It did annoy how they were writing us off but it's probably better to do it like that than to be the favourites and have the expectations. But their description of us as underdogs after 7 successive wins was very uninformed.

Hussain at the end made me want to put my screen through. Said Somerset were 'better cricketers', they were also ****ing bottlers. Atherton was as bad, thankfully Bumble kept it bareable. Sky's praise of Alfonso Thomas was baffling - he nearly conceded 50 runs off his four runs.

Really felt something for Hoggy and Nixon. Hoggards' probably laughing at Yorkshire this morning.

Saw Nico's catch on SSN. Bloody brilliant. :)

Also watched the Mascot race that County's fox won.
What's his nickname? (he can't be Filbert)

Wow, what can you say. It has been a truly awful season so you really have to enjoy these kind of good days :icon_bigg

Now in qualifiers for the champions league, a great opportunity for the club, so lets hope the team can stay together and they can continue this T20 momentum.

Highlight of the day - Nixon's catch. Obscene!

I was quite nervous about Hoggard and White bowling but they both put in decent efforts. Henderson was outstanding with the ball, but Cobb seemed to pick up all the wickets! Somehow scraped enough runs together in both games to win!
