In the course of my employment yesterday, I saw a young child (? about 2½ years old) with a "I've been to see Santa" badge attached to her woolly. My jovial, jolly, happy-to-help self decided to engage and I asked her if she had been to see Santa.

For a moment she looked confused - but then exclaimed, "You know I have!" At first I thought that the bright young thing had realised that I had seen the badge. I don't know though whether it was me or her mother who was the more surprised when she continued, "It was you - wasn't it?"

To have tried to point out the non-white parts of my beard would have been churlish, so I didn't.

If a suitable thread doesn't exist I'm sure that said bi's, tri's and abhets could create one. After all, this is a fully inclusive forum that Jeff has here and everybody should ideally be catered for.
