This is a complete non-story, all Milan said was that if investors did come in with enough money, he wouldn't rule out selling it, does not mean they are in talks with investors at all

I love this term 'investors'.

I take it that the translation is 'people who can afford to lose money for the pleasure of owning a football club'.

i wouldn't mind to see Mandy sell up to maybe a local Indian business man with a shit load of money and help build the squad sensibly after this season.

about time someone mentioned David Wilson again isnt it ?? :icon_lol:

According to the interview I heard:

1. People have expressed an interest in investing in the club since MM took over but none have ever produced any cash.

2. The American 'billionaires' seen with him at a game earlier this season were actually advising MM on marketing and sponsorship opportunities.

3. MM would welcome outside investment but is not actively looking to sell the club 'this week'. However, he intimated that he could easily be persuaded otherwise.

Here we fecking go again! People speculating about what is nothing to do with them and becoming some expert in the field of business. What does it matter if he stays or goes or who takes over.

At the end of the day we will still go to the matches whatever happens.

sounds about right with what radio leics played, for some reason they made everyone wait an hour to hear all parts of the interview feeding it out like crumbs.

MM made the point he considers it standard good business practice to look for overseas revenue sources, and another point he made was he said the club is in a better shape now than when he took over.

On the field I agree, off the field?? others can chip in on that subject I expect.

We might get a better return on investment in chipping in on a consortium to buy Jeff the new vbookie software

How does that work then?
