Kick Off:

3pm

Ticket Arrangements:

£12 Adults - Seats
£7 Concessions - Seats
£10 Adults - Terrace
£5 Concessions - Terrace

Directions & Parking:

Approx 32 miles - 45 mins

M69 to A5 junction. Straight through Hinckley > Atherstone > At the B5440 roundabout turn right on to Marlborough Way, then left at the next roundabout onto Glascote Road, continue straigh over the mini island, and at the next roundabout (Train bridge above), turn left onto Kettlebrook Rd. The ground is 50 yards down on the right hand side.

There is a reasonable amount of parking available at the ground (£2), alternitively there appears to be plenty of residential parking up for grabs.

Trains:

An off peak day return is £11.20.

There is no direct train from Leicester. The journey takes between 40 mins - 1hr depening on where you change.

To change via Nuneaton the trains run at 49 mins past the hour from Leicester, or to change via Derby the trains run at 04 mins past the hour from Leicester.

Going via Nuneaton is approx 15 mins quicker.

Directions from the station as per Tamworth's website:

Leave the station and walk along the approach road to the roundabout.
Turn left. Cross the road leading under the railway bridge.
Leaving Jewson's on your right, walk along Offa Drive.
Continue past Aldi to a roundabout.
Turn left leaving Bolebridge Garage on your left.
Cross the river bridge with the railway viaduct on your left. (you will be able to see the floodlights ahead of you from here)
Follow the footpath to the left into Amington Road.
Cross Amington Road keeping the railway viaduct on your left.
When you reach the roadside railings cross the road but don't go under the arches.
Once across the road head up Kettlebrook Road and the entrance to The Lamb is 50 yards ahead on your right.

No doubt our resident Tamworthian will be able to supply some better directions??

Pubs:

There is a pub directly opposite the station once you exit (Cant remember the name). Alternitively, the short 7-8 minute walk in to the centre of Tamworth will offer you the likes of Wetherspoons, Yates's etc.
