I'm sure it means different things to different people, but for me it's a flag-waving, uncritical, scarf wearing loon that has LCFC wallpaper in their bedroom, with LCFC duvet cover, LCFC boxer shorts, LCFC pyjamas, LCFC slippers etc, etc and all of them bought on purpose, with their own money

...from their giro and child support money, having sold their sibling to buy cheap cigarettes on an 18/30 holiday experience...
