Would not like to see Stearman thrown in straight away whilst confidence of the team is low, would like to see him come on for last 20-25 mins when we are winning just to allow him to sample the first team atmosphere. Also would like to see us play with wingers as wing backs rather than full backs let them worry about us!

Yep I do. He is at best average and usually much much worse. His clearances in particular are dangerous he just launches a foot at it and usually mis-kicks, launching the ball so it becomes a danger to airliners in the vicinity - and our gk when the ball comes back to earth
