We have a chant at games when Morris comes on....Goes something like this " We've seen Lee Morris 3 times.......We've seen Lee Morris 3 times.3 times!!

You can't have been to that many games then, some of us have seen him play for Leicester 10 times.

Appologies Sir Webbo, Nils Eric Johansson.

Seen every Morris appearance in a City shirt apart from Crewe away last year.

I have to ask if you have been to a City game this season?

Yes, all but 2 home games. work doesn't allow me to travel away.

Tiatto! - He is so one dimensional with only 1 foot. He isn't disciplined to even to play on the left as he drifts in to the middle all the while. When he looses the ball he tries to wrestle the player to the ground like Dabizas used to or he just takes the players legs from underneath them. Liability IMO.

so who would you have to win the ball in midfield? (joey would be my choice if he wasn't suspended btw) kisnorbo is the only other option, 6 of one half a dozen of the other i suppose with those two.

Weslowski is about as fit as Morris ( thats unfair to Weslowski actually). We have a chant at games when Morris comes on....Goes something like this " We've seen Lee Morris 3 times.......We've seen Lee Morris 3 times.3 times!!

Craig has mentioned Weso himself possibly being in the squad, kisnorbo is the only other availabe option for a central midfielder, i would sooner give Weso a chance.

Lee Morris has been in training, and if he comes through the reserve game, i don't think 10 - 15 minutes would be too much to ask, if needed. Hammil is the other option for a wide player, i would sooner take a chance on Morris

no more than maybury. and the lack of support on the flanks in a 433 makes me reluctant to select Sheehan. Kisnorbo could play there, but would he be any better?

This isn't my dream team, but with the players available i feel its our strongest. Opinions are wonderful things.

cant say it would talk much back to you after you have kicked it in the head a few times

"ouch" would be all you would get out of it after a while :icon_lol:

Henderson

Stearman Paddy Gerrbrand Maybury

Hammond Wesolowski Hume Smith

MDV Fryatt

Kisnorbo,Hughes,Williams,Nissa,Dublin

This is the team I think Levein will pick :

Douglas - No way will he drop big Rab, and over the last 2 or 3 games he has been fairly solid.

Maybury - Golden boy

McCarthy - First name on the team sheet IMO.

Dublin - Whenever CL is under intense pressure Dion always seems to start. Plus he will play to try and negate Jerome's threat in the air.

Johansson - Again will go for steady and safe performers.

Smith - Got to come back in to provide attacking threat.

Kisnorbo - Would be flabbergasted if he drops Paddy !

Hughes - Now back to fitness I am sure he will feature.

Hamill - Horrible feeling he will persist with wee Joe or if not Tiatto to return !

MDV - Again Craig will pick his favourites especially when the pressure is on.

Fryatt - Definate starter.

Subs

Gerrbrand
Tiatto or Hamill
Wesolowski
Hume
Hammond

i would do this..

--------------henderson---------------
maybury-----Mcarthy----Nils EJ------Sheehan
------------------stearman-----------
hughes-------williams------------smith
------fryatt----------hume----

mind you might be slightly attacking minded, but dont see why it wouldnt work, stearman likes going forward and he is a good defender, i think he would do better in this position that kisnorbo has done in the past!!

Many of the suggested teams have MdV either starting or on the bench. I reckon he's had 5 bookings and both the OS and Soccerbase agree with this. He should there ore be suspended from the 7th day after the day of the last booking. Does this mean he is banned for Saturday or for Tuesday? He doesn't seem to be on either the FA's suspended players list or the one of those awaiting suspension.

Have I overlooked something?

We had the same conversation after the Peston match - which is when he got his 5th booking of the season. He missed the Southampton game as a result.

Saturday's booking was his 6th of the season.

Did we? Alzheimer's seems to be setting in here!!

So the lcfc.com and Soccerbase have both got it wrong - tut, tut!
