this isn't how it'll be - I'm still just testing it and at work so am only using dirty word html which is filthier than a tramps pants.

Kompozer should run fine on Vista as does, the excellent, HTML-kit but that's more of a code editor than a WYSIWYG style editor.

For code editing I would fully recommend Scite or EditPlus, for WYSIWYG I don't really know, I don't use it.
