I've watched several compilations of Tete on YouTube and to me it looks like he is skilful, strong, quick, and can pick out a pass. It's hard to work out if he'll be any good in the Premier League though as I can't work out most of the opposition in the video clips, nor the occasion of the match. For all I know, they were all exhibition matches.

One thing that did make me laugh is that in all the videos, they show a clip of him taking a pretty average penalty that squirms under the keeper, who should have saved it. Never too keen on seeing that kind of thing in 'highlight' reels.
