As it is, we still have Clemence and Hayles on 9 yellows - and only one card from a 2-match ban. If you're not worried about that, I am sure that people at the club will be.

I think im right in saying that he can play against them as long as the two clubs don't have an agreement so he don't play them ,cup game's are the one he could not if he was cup tied .

The rules say that approval will not be given to any temporary transfer which stipulates when or against whom the player may or may not play. That doesn't mean that he will play or even that he should play. It also doesn't mean that there is no informal agreement.
