just when you thought music couldn't get any worse I manage to find the latest norweigen nose flute orchestra album on double cd.:icon_roll

:045:

has been getting rave reviews from NME, Rolling Stone

That usually means it's shit :icon_wink

Go and get the new Espers and A Hawk In A Hacksaw albums instead

I'v only just seen this link and clicked on it. I heard this song a few weeks ago on R.1 and thpought it was excellent.

The only Queen influence appears to be in the video, it's very Radio GaGa

On first listen, it's a good album, prefer Three Cheers, but this is after just one listen.

One thing that I must have missed, when exactly did MCR become the biggest band in the world? Three Cheers was good, and had a couple of decent singles, but all of a sudden the first single of their new album is THE hot release... Yes it's a great song, but when did the whole uberband thing come from?

I said to my brother it looks like the lead singer is trying for the Billy Corgan look, and they told that the director for the new video also directed for Smashing Pumpkins...

Jeff, do you get the same impression that they're fairly disintersted during their performances?

in fairness ringo after watching that channel four programme i can see the queen influence (guitar wise) especially in welcome to the black parade (which i think is ****in ace) although the guy presenting the programme compared the lead singer to freddie mercury :102: that i can not see :icon_lol:
but i will purchase this album.
(especially as when i was young boy my father did take me to the city to see a marching band;) well i did live in belfast:icon_lol: :icon_lol: )

similar situation to Razorlight & The Killers. both had fantastic previous albums but were never really given the attention they deserved. the release of their latest albums, however, have been hyped up and talked about everywhere.

It seems the indie and emo scnes have become a lot bigger in the last year or so.
