Have you guys seen this video of Tim Davies:

£100,000
So how come then TD has recieved handsome bonuses on top of his highly competitive salary ??
when I met him he didnt look like he could raise an erection let alone £100K. A few quid might have been better spent on a proper fitting suit
He probably took greater risks than most of the other investors to put in his investment.
Erm, he has 4 children

so feckin what..... so does the queen
That's part of the agreed package, with the levels set by the renumeration committee (RC). The RC consists of several Non-Exec board members (ie who don't get paid themselves) & they look at the 'market rate' for roles performed. The packages they put in place are based on being 'average' for the relevant positions (so they don't pay top whack or bargain basement).
Like the players wages now, an element of the execs package is performance related. The bonus that everyone refers to for TD relates to the season when LCFC were promoted to the Premiership.
Like the players, the club pays less to the execs when we are in the Championship, than in the Prem.

No risk if he knew he was going to be on a high salary out of it. Like I said the board is made up of business men not football men. Their priority is to keep the figures in the black and nothing else.[/QUOTE
Accounts up to 31/5/2005 show highest paid director £197K including pension contributiuons. I would suspect this to be TD.
But if his latest company went under, wouldn't you say there would be a risk to LCFC with him at the helm?
The Fit & Proper Person test looks at the financial history of potential owners/those running clubs, a business failure is therefore relevant

£100K in and then taking out double in salary, thats a good result for him, and I wonder if the £100k was a loan and they take instalments out his pay weekly.......
Mk has only has the two children

I wouldnt want Pierpoint at the helm, I was purely commenting on his ability on the corporate side, which was his strength.
