We're going to lose Mahrez at some point, and almost certainly sooner than we'd like, so succession planning should certainly be done now. Also, I get the impression that Puel wants players who can play in any of the three AM positions and to interchange during the match, so he will need a few of what this player seems to be.

I get the impression that's the thinking behind our latest signing, and the interest in this other bloke. You would have thought that Musa was such a player too, so maybe there's a role for him yet... if he regains his confidence/form.

When did this forum start Joe?

This one was in May 2003 I believe. I was the first member I believe after webbo of course, but he isn't an organic member.

The old gang were great. Had a few bans for such things as rabbitgate. I'm nowhere near as prolific these days as I have other commitments (at one stage you would get up to 100 gems of posts a day!) Homer seems to have been flavour of the month for many months but I'm not convinced by him really.

All in all though, hats off to webmonger for his commitment to keeping this thing running for so long.
